December 1-10, 2022
Thomas and Mack Center in Las Vegas
The best of the best rodeo athletes in the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association, many of whom were cheered by the sold-out crowds this summer at Ogden Pioneer Days, are preparing for the rides of their lives in the bright lights of the big city.
If the names Stetson Wright, Rhen Richards, Josh Frost, and Clint Robinson seem familiar, it’s because they all have been announced several times during our July performances at historic Spencer Fox Eccles Pioneer Stadium. But be prepared to hear the names of these Utah cowboys a lot more over the 10-day run of the Wrangler National Finals Rodeo, held each year in the Thomas and Mack Center in glitzy Las Vegas.
During the December 5-14 NFR, considered the Super Bowl of Rodeo, these tough-as-nails cowboys are the rock stars of the town and the main attraction for cheering, sold-out crowds. As the gate swings wide to signal the start of the best show on dirt, we wish all the NFR qualifiers much luck in this thing we call rodeo.
